There are plenty of other little stores to check out so we went ahead and parked ready to weave in-and-out of all the stores. There are a couple of other antique stores in the same area but this was my favorite. Partly because of what they had to offer... and don't be fooled by the size of the storefront... this place is packed full of goodies and it goes back farther than I had expected. But I also liked this place because of the owner who takes time to greet you and talk with you!

Tried to use it today and was told they won't take it anymore and that - despite the fact I received it 2 years ago - it "expired" 4 years ago??? So not only did I lose my gift card, that basically means they stole that $60. I should have tried to keep the actual card and gone to BBB but they took it away from me. I told them to their face too - I'll never come back. And I'll let others know what happened. Very bad business practice.

Throw pillows with slogans? They got 'em. Furniture refinished with chalkboard paint? Oh yeah. Wall hangings with inspirational sayings about living, laughing AND loving? Say no more, fam. VB is kind of in the middle of nowhere but the Lake Geneva moms seem to have it on the radar, with good reason. You won't find any dusty crap or musty old garbage here - everything is beautifully arranged, perfectly displayed and honestly, pretty reasonably priced. They have helpful and kind staff and even measuring tapes in strategic spots to help you out, so strap on that Michael Kors handbag and get ready to SPEND! Most of this isn't my personal style but I didn't leave without a few heavenly smelling candles and a sassy greeting card. Perfect place to find a nice gift for the lady in your life who needs a "wine o'clock" sign or a "chop it like it's hot" tea towel. NGL, was tempted by that last one.

It was great to pull off the highway and stretch our legs for a bit. There is a neat assortment of antiques both for indoor and outdoor use. The prices are very competitive and I felt like I was getting a good deal the whole time, no over-priced junk in this place. We ended up finding a few pieces of treasure before we left to take back home with us. The owners are great. Super friendly and nice. They talk about the day rather than try to sell you their wares. They were kind to both of our children and were very welcoming to us. Great Midwestern couple who have a really unique and fun store. The menu looks great, but all we ever get is a large sausage pizza. Their outdoor pizza oven does such a fantastic job of cooking their pizza, which is made with the freshest ingredients and some amazing sausage. As people who split time between Wisconsin and the Chicago area, we are always to the point where we flip a coin, whether you want smash burgers at another location in Delevan or Pizza. We always do the 35 minute ride to Whitewater to get a sausage pizza at this site. I cannot recommend it more highly, and they have great music on weekends as well.

Based on the hours and their website, the store looked like it was open to the public and I didn't realize I was tresspassing...it is not a store, it is private property.
