Let me start off by saying they have a great selection. I normally go in the mornings but this time I went in the afternoon. 7pm Sat. 9/27. I spent over 50.00 on two vapes which is normally what I pay but this time the vapes has no flavor at all and tasted like burt wood, yes both of them. The man at the counter said welp nothing I can do. So Don't Go Here! I DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK. Nor did I get a swap for ones that worked. This place is a rip off and it shows they are out to just get your money. Most shops would honor faulty products but not here. read more

Do not buy anything from this place I've bought 2 torches from this place and one just literally almost exploded in my hand everything I've ever bought from this smoke shop breaks my puffco I got lasted 90 days I bought my girlfriend a vape and they have this stupid policy where if you hit it in the store and it's broke they'll replace it but most of there vapes break within 24 hours of use all in all terrible products good people and the sad part is nun of these things are cheap so the value for the product isn't worth it in the end I know it's a close smoke shop but it's a lot more worth it to drive down the street to a different place read more

They are out of the way but I promise you'll get everything you need including rewards program! They have everything and cheap! Went there just for a pack of dutches, the customer before us didn't get carded(ID'd) and had no problems but as i and my significant others walked up to be served where were asked for our IDs and said it was mandatory for us ALL to show our IDs and so when we respectfully asked why when we've been here plenty of times and we just clearly watched you not card the customer before us, we where the given a huge attitude and an excuse saying "well I know him so I can do that" and refused to serve us unless we gave our ID when we where all CLEARLY older then the clerk herself. Point being, don't treat cus differently and then give attitudes when question nicely read more

Smoke away, should be called stay away or throw it away. So far I've spent more on bad items then good ones. First time I ever bought a water bong it was cracked. I couldn't return due to there, as is policy. But the funny thing is the told me I should've had them water tested. Which I found funny I should've known this one my first time. Second time, I went back for my first electronic dab. After feeling like I got more help this time form a different salesperson. I was show all the e-nail and told the salesperson what happened last time. I was told not to worry and he began to look it over and insured my the item was good. So I got it home and tried to use it and it clogged. The attached glass part was blow wrong and one part of it was flat. Return two, I was told as is with defects and to try to send it to the manufacturer. I told them it was unethical to sell bad items used for medical care. They decided to exchange this one on the low with a because I shop there ever day. Third time got my first dab rig. I got a clover and was supper happy. My friend had one and was better the e nail I got the second time. Got have to fire it up and instantly cracked. I was able to grab it with my bare hands. Return three, less the 10 mins and I'm back. I told the salesperson I thought I ask you to check it, she replied I checked everything but the bagger. And this time she couldn't help me out. I don't see why not. I asked for something I didn't get. Well, I had to buy a new one if I wanted to use rig. So go a new rig and had to buy a bagger too. Last time, my wife bought me a new bagger as a gift and surprised my when I got home. Had some yellow ball and changes color. Same as the other badder, instead you cracked too. When I ask where she got it I should've know. I told her to trash it. But she had to see for herself. End of long story dagger got left at the store without them fixing it or returning her money. Sad that this company shady and will not stop in for smokes. As I walking distance and daily costumer for years. Save your self time and money and shop elsewhere, as I will from now on. Update: after a few months of not going. I happened in with a friend. And a talk with the manager and after the talk, things have changed for the better. Now you get the correct advice and they are more efficient with their products. And I've bought two more pieces and are very pleased with them and the vibe In this place is a added plus. Last Tuesday I visited and the young female who helped me was very rude and she also did not give me my discount for the discount program that they have going there I bought a card for $10 on 420 day and it supposed to be a discount card every time you go in for whatever you buy and the young rude blond lady did not give me my discount...I have bad vision and I happened to bump into one of the displays and she was very rude about it nothing drop nothing broke and she was just a rude bitch !! You Gotta be careful with some of the electronics at these stores it's been a couple times where I go for batteries and I go and test them out in the car real quick and they don't work and Theyll send you back and tell you to fully charge them and then bring them back but by the time you do that you probably don't have the receipt anymore and they refuse to exchange it or any kind of credit, it's happened at least 3 times read more

I bought a juul from here 5 days ago it wasnt working properly I brought the RECEIPT and the package it was sold in and i was told they couldn't exchange it because the box was ripped, if i knew that a broken box would stop me from being helped with the issue of being sold a defaulted juul after spending over $60 on the juul and juul pods i wouldnt have purchased it here to begin with. Im extremely disappointed that i see multiple reviews with the same issue and it says if you had a receipt they would've helped and exchanged it but thats a lie because i had my receipt which was initialed by their own employee. All i wanted was a replacement of the device which was purchased less then a week ago and got a "im sorry we cant help but please continue your business here with us" i will update this post if anything is done to be resolved. read more

Unfortunately the customer service at this store has gone down the drain. Bought a vapor tech slim that worked for about 5 minutes and the charger won't charge it. She had no interest it swapping it out or trying to fix the issue and pretty much told me it was my own problem to fix. Will no longer be returning or supporting this store. read more

I have shopped at this location for over 5 years. I buy my yearly membership and spend over 6,000 a year on tobacco alone. I've had problems like, not giving me my member discount, because I was thirty seconds too late in telling Lexi. Usually I shrug it off and go about my business. Today Lexi put the final nail in. I had just lit a cigarette, thinking the store wont open for a while. I see the neon saying open, ask if I can smoke before entering, I put out my smoke, and then go in to do my shopping. After I pay, I am informed that smelling like tobacco is not wanted there. I mention that it's a smoke shop and that their target customer is smokers. Lexi then tells me its the store manager that is offended by the smell of tobacco. In an attempt to make it fair, I guess, she mentions that their other shoppers are offensive there, as well. This smoke shop is offended by the very people they make their money off of. Paying a company to insult you for buy their products I will drive a couple extra miles so I don't offend them anymore. To be fair, every problem was in the last year and with Lexi. Then again, she tells a lot of customers what they do wrong in "my store". read more
