They always have products in stock. I highly recommend coming here overall super clean and organized and staff is super friendly

I have spent thousands of dollars there buying cigars. I currently spend hundreds of dollars per week there. I bought some sticks for over $170. I forgot a bottle of water. He told me he couldn't sell me the water on my credit card because it was to inexpensive. Also he didn't have change for $100 bill. Also the water was 1.25 and I also had a $1 bill on me but he said I couldn't owe him 25 cents and for me to maybe go next door for water. I have never been more disappointed and disrespected by a manager where I spend thousands of dollars. This guy has to be one of the biggest idiots I've ever encountered. It was super hurtful to say the least. How do you treat a great customer like that. Zero people skills. I will never go back there.

I have gone into a lot of similar glass shops and I can honestly say they have the best selection at reasonable prices... their customer service is top notch, which is lost in most places nowadays. The guy that helped me (his name sounded like Shaq, but it was different), couldn't have been a nicer more customer focused guy. A piece was missing from the bong we bought the prior day... the guy gave us a replacement part without any push back... that was so refreshing. They definitely earned my repeated business.

Bob is rude af. About a month ago I had a really crappy interaction with him. I don't need to be…read moretalked to in a condescending way and called hon and sweetheart and then told to have a blessed day in a tone that clearly means FU. When he was ringing me up, I asked him to check my points card to see if I had an extra one coming before I paid for my vape juices, and he said that's not the way we do it. I asked if he could check anyway, and he said OK, but I'm just trying to help you out, sweetheart. When he looked at my card, he said see you're way off, not even close. Unnecessary. And that's not the point, the point was I would like to know where I'm at on my card before he tells me to pay. Then today Bob was there and as he was ringing me up this time he asked for my name, which I thought meant he was gonna check my points card before he had me pay for my juice. He didn't and instead told me to pay and have a blessed day and asked the next person behind me what he needed before he even found and looked at my card. I said I'd like to see what's on my card first. Turns out I was on my last checkmark, which means one of my vape juices would've been free, had I not been told to paid for it beforehand. I told him that's why I like to check before paying, and he said well you didn't say anything, you should've said something. I reminded him of the last time I had asked him to check first and how he told me that's not how we do it. He said he never said that. I let him know that yes he did indeed say that exact thing to me and that's why I was hesitant to ask this time. He just kept saying no I didn't and refused to take responsibility or apologize or have any semblance of customer service whatsoever. Again, just because he says have a blessed day doesn't mean he's not being condescending as hell. The only reason I'm giving happy days any stars right now is because of the owner, Sam. He is amazing and has never ever been rude. He always makes me feel welcome and I always leave the store with a smile on my face when he is there. Bob on the other hand just makes me feel like shit when I go in and I leave wondering what the hell just happened. Bob is the soul reason I'm not coming back, which is disappointing since this has been my go to vape shop for a few years now.
