What I liked the most was that it doesn't fall into the common trap of New Age stores which seem pretentious and cheesy. Went to get my thirds done, have had 6 piercings before this so was not nervous. Long story short, the woman pierced the wrong part of my ear. She didn't tell me what had happened, just pulled it out and pierced again in the right place and charged me full price. I was too tired to kick up a fuss so went back the next day to complain and ask for at least a partial refund seeing as I now had an extra hole in my ear. The woman who pierced my ear told the manager that I had moved as she had pierced my ear, which is a lie! So the manager said that MY MISTAKE cost THEM money so he wouldn't be giving me a refund, not even a partial one. I said I won't be returning and he said 'good we don't want you to'. Juvenile and nasty. Not worth trying to save a bit of money going here, just go somewhere else and pay a bit extra.

It is quite small but has a great range of jewellery at a range of prices, mostly very affordable. It sells a range of Hot Diamonds jewellery at greatly discounted prices so is much cheaper than the usual RRP. I've always found the staff there to be very pleasant and helpful. Because it is situated in a retail outlet centre it is in amongst a host of other shops and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. There are hundreds of free parking spaces and it is quite easy to get to by bus or by metro (Royal Quays is about a 10min walk from Percy Main Metro Station).
