Before 12 I text them to ensure they would for sure be there at the time they said they would be. By 1:30 they had not shown when I tried to call and text no one answered. By 2 they finally text and asked if it would be okay to change the time between 3-4. I let them know this was okay as long as they would for sure be there as my grandparents are elderly and fragile. Right before 4 they text and stated they would be unable to make it out. So not only did they cancel once but twice within one day! However that didn't happen and the trash technician did not arrive until the very next day around 12:30 p.m. to pick up the recycling cans in my area. I will truly appreciate if they work on their deadlines and times to service as scheduled.
