My experience with Frazier Tree Experts is worth a Post Script. They contacted me after I posted…read morethe Yelp review and asked what they can do to 'make things right". Do you want everything including "the kitchen sink?" They'll let you know about the condition of all your trees, what limbs look if-ey and provide you with an estimate. But (and this is me) do you only want to know what HAS TO BE DONE now, what is actually dead now and going to fall during the next storm? They'll diagnose that and provide a price that is more than competitive than all the other tree companies in Cville. I looked at numerous tree services (I've done your homework for you)-- Blue Ridge Tree Service came out on top. Customer Service, price, efficiency - Blue Ridge came out on top.

Finally after the snow storm passed I informed him I rented a car to use until mine was repaired so I could return to work. At first he made me believe we couldn't work because of the weather. I reached out to Colton,…read morethe owner, in the winter and he kindly and patiently worked with me over the past few months as we hashed out our plan. It didn't take me long to realize that Colton was (a) knowledgeable, (b) diligent, and (c) very concerned w. my happiness and satisfaction w. every aspect of the project. Not once did I feel like he was cutting corners or just going thru the motions. On the contrary, the level of service he provided was, I believe, how he would want to be treated as a customer. And he surpassed that bar time and time again. Case in point, when weather and travel threatened to delay the installation date he worked hard to develop an alternative plan. The level of thought, effort, and communication as we worked thru that were much appreciated and much more than I would've normally expected. Additionally, whereas he could've easily collected payment and went on to the next job, his follow-up in the weeks after has been above and beyond. He continues to drive by, check in, and offer helpful guidance. I wouldn't hesitate one bit to recommend Colton -- and in fact have, to both friends and strangers who've passed by and complimented the drastic change in our front yard. I agree wholeheartedly w. the other reviewer about Ridgeline earning its place as a long-term trusted partner!
