No call, no show for their free estimate that smith himself scheduled. Completely unprofessional and not worth the extra time to reschedule.

No stars. Harold is a scam artist and a fraud. Not only can he not do what he advertises but he takes your money and runs without completing the work. When one gives 4000 dollars I expect it to be finished and not run off with the money. We tried to come into contact with Harold to finish the work but he refuses to have any contact with us. Not only that but if one owns a landscaping company I'd imagine one would at least know how to cut a tree and cut grass properly. Half assed work. Thank god we hired new people to handle our yard or else our yard would have continued looking like absolute shit. ( I read the Harold's response to my review and he makes absolutely no sense. How do you say you completed the work and than take it back by saying you couldn't finish a area of it. It makes no sense. When given money you are supposed to finish the work and not take someones money and make a run for it with no contact. It was strategically an area that was left with no patch of grass. Just a couple empty spots that they thought wasn't gonna be noticed. It was laziness and half assing the work for quick money. ) Enjoy the 4000 dollars you scammed. It's the last time we'll do business. We have hired better people who take the time and effort to making a yard look decent. read more
