You'll find queues here from people all over the west who are in the know of bread rolls. They're crusty but not too hard as the crunch to reveal a buttery soft inner. These guys also make a pretty tasty traditional Vietnamese Pork Roll with some tasty home made pate and creamy butter. They also offer a westernised chicken roll too. Just coming home from Paris I realised that their croissants are pretty top notch too. But best of all like most Vietnamese hot bread stores... Right after I ordered the lady who's work there went in the back and bring the cake . If not?? Take forever to cut cake lol so Hopefully they make by order anyway this cake kind of taller than the other cakes from the other shop. So when they put the cake inside doesn't fit . So they have to cover only half way. To me why they can't make bigger boxes.... because most of cake here kind of tall.. maybe this place concept? But to me no make sense.. anyway well let me bite this cake . Puff on the top of the cake ! Sounds weird but! Inside there is gourmet groceries (which I love), a gelato stand, fresh rolls and lots of delicious Italian pastries. Thats like basically a whole bunch of custard buns and pastries with caramel in them that you can buy a mixed dozen of for $13. Cake cakes all kinda cakes. Specialty cakes for weddings. House made Pies, sauso rolls. Croissants. Foccacia with fillings. Coffee. This place is always packed with people. So much so they have a ticket number system. I would never have thought such a small bakery would be so dang popular. It's unassuming, the staff are ultra pleasant and helpful and you can see the master bakers and pastry chefs at work through a glass window. Coffee is good and reasonably priced at $3.80 for a regular size, which around this shopping area is the best price I could find. I really want to try the thing they call a "Chaja" apparently its Uraguayan. a delicious jumble of meringue, cake, cream, dulce de leche, nuts and fruit. It looks like an Eton mess had a baby with a good night out. If you can get here very early, like 7:30am that's the best time to come.

You can also get some olive bread- ones with green and ones with black olives. My favourites has to be the variety of pizza available from plain to potato to mushroom and ham. For those with sweet tooths, there's a great variety of jam, Nutella donuts etc and some gelato too! The service is friendly and we're always welcomed with a smile. Love this place for brekkie and bread to bring home :)
