I have been involved with attorneys my entire life while in my law enforcement career in south…read moreFlorida and additional career in Georgia. I have also interviewed and had meetings with several in the Canton / Alpharetta Georgia area. I can easily tell which attorneys have a line of 'BS" vs those who are honest, willing to help and offer solid advice. Without a doubt Ms Sara White is a true rare find. She and her office replied almost immediately to our requests. It was followed up with reminder emails. Once my wife and I met Ms White in person it was a good meeting taking care of some estate legal matters. Everything was well organized and the meet went flawlessly. She also took the time to look at a document that was deficient in a writing several years prior. Immediately we had her redo the important documents and set up an additional meeting. Without a doubt.. you do your homework , but do not be fooled by these high cost estate attorneys who want a crazy amount of money for the services and almost scare one into what they are selling. For us we did our homework. Some would not even discuss the fairly new 'Transfer of Death Deeds" and were they even knowledgeable about it, probably because it did not bring them thousands of dollars into the law firms business. We "highly" recommend Ms White for her honest services at a reasonable price! We assure you we have tried others but they dont come close to what she offers her clients. A breath of fresh air with our estate needs. We have already passed . on her information to our adult kids and sports partner players.

My last communication from her was on October 31st, when she stated that she had sent a revised offer to the opposing counsel. However, the opposing attorney later confirmed that they never received any such email. Since October 31st, despite my repeated attempts to reach her by phone, text, and email, Attorney Walker has not responded. This lack of communication caused important deadlines to be missed, including the timely submission of a court date request that I repeatedly asked her to file. Even after expressing my concerns multiple times, I received no update or guidance from her. Given how critical communication and timely action are--especially in family court cases--this experience has been incredibly stressful and detrimental. Due to the lack of professionalism, lack of communication, and the negative impact on my case, I would never recommend Attorney Walker to anyone seeking dependable legal representation.

1 Star -- Extremely Disappointed…read more I hired this attorney to handle the probate of my mother and father. He was paid in full before providing services--something I now consider a major red flag. My father's probate was filed on July 2, 2025. After my mother's probate was completed and her Letters of Administration were published beginning March 18, 2026, I repeatedly contacted the attorney by text and email asking about my father's case. Getting answers was extremely difficult. I eventually contacted the probate clerk myself and discovered that documents were missing and the court had already mailed my attorney a letter notifying him of the missing documents. I ultimately received my father's Letters of Administration to publish beginning July 1, 2026--nearly a year after the case was filed. This delay had a real financial impact. I could not get the deed transferred into my name in time to apply for the homestead exemption before the deadline. When I questioned the attorney about the delay, his response was: "No time tables at all with probate. They take their sweet time." I understand that courts have their own timelines. What I expected from the attorney I paid in full was to monitor the case, address outstanding documents, communicate with me, and keep the process moving. Instead, I had to repeatedly chase him for updates and ultimately contact the court myself to find out what was happening. Probate is already difficult when you're dealing with the loss of both parents. Having to fight for basic communication from the attorney I hired only made it worse. In hindsight, paying the entire fee upfront should have been my first red flag. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this attorney for probate.

We had done a will with a local lawyer who had no full understanding of how the law is applied in estates or with older people. Pyke & Associates focuses on these issues. They also make sure that when the unthinkable happens, the survivor knows exactly what to do and everything is in order with no questions. Very Christian organization that I highly recommend!

However I began to detect a pattern of continuing calls to update our estates. These updates were generally minor yet increasingly expensive. It came to a head when my wife & I wanted a simple one page codicil to our wills and were quoted an outrageous fee. We balked and went to another attorney who prepared same for less than 1/10 of the Pyke fee. When we submitted them for inclusion in our original file, they went ballistic and told us to take our file and never darken their doorway again!! Pyke and Assocs. seem to forget that the atty advises and the client decides. They also forget that they are a service business. Stay away from this firm and protect your assets with a more ethical and reliable firm.

My case was ultimately dismissed, and I truly believe having the right attorney by my side made a tremendous difference. From the beginning, Ms. Miller took the time to explain things to me in a way I could understand and made sure I knew what was happening throughout the process. What I appreciated most was that she didn't just look at the single incident involved in my case, she took the time to look at the entire situation and understand the bigger picture. Going through a criminal proceeding can be incredibly stressful and overwhelming. It meant a lot to have someone in my corner who listened to me, believed in advocating for me, and helped me feel like I had a voice. Ms. Miller truly stood up for me and made me feel supported throughout the entire process. I am very thankful for her hard work, professionalism, and compassion. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone looking for an attorney who will genuinely listen, take the time to understand their case, and fight for their client.
