Sometimes we are told something is "repaired" and there is no noticeable difference afterwards. Went without central air in our unit for close to a year. All the dryers in the building are constantly breaking, have set off the fire alarm twice in a year period. It has been over 3 weeks since one of the two functioning dryers has needed its quarters emptied and they can't even manage to do that. The grounds and common areas are filthy. Avoid renting here at all costs.
