We had an issue with our tire losing air every day, and they got us in quick without an appointment. They also took the time to educate us that this is a common problem with aluminum rims in the very cold, and that they cleaned the rim and remounted the tire and the problem was gone. Tom's was also able to get us a great price on a pair of tires and installed them the next day. I'd highly recommend that you try Tom's the next time you need service in the East Palestine area.

I didn't know if it was a new thing so I didn't think about it. He then told me because my registration was out a few days that he could not do it. So I was trying to get my registration renewed and he came out and was confused when I said I just needed an oil change. He then was able to do it. However when all was done I came out to find that they had tried to scrape off my last oil change sticker and ripped off my tint... now I was almost able to pull off the previous sticker myself so for them to need to use a tool for it is absolutely RIDICULOUS!! They didn't even care to let me know and I only realized once I had left, I was unable to go back since they were closed but I did call and his response was "oh it slipped my mind" HOW CAN YOU RUN A BUSINESS AND LET THINGS SLIP YOUR MIND.. when I asked them what they were going to do he said "oh absolutely nothing"... not even a sorry or anything at first. When I explained why I was very mad about it he then said "sorry there's nothing I can do". I will never be going back to them again.
