I felt like the process to my procedure day went smooth. I got a consultation at the waynesville location as that is the closest location to me to meet Dr.H who had me come to the Osage location the next day to sample with all the breast sizes. Went there, great feeling about choosing my implant size. I already knew what I wanted for the most part from doing research before coming in, so it was less of educating me but me letting him know what I wanted and him saying yes I can do that for you, so like how I felt confident going on the day of surgery. My one week check up I felt very cared for they even gave me a gift bag I thought that was super sweet. I'm excited for my final results!

I had had to call an ambulance when she became so very underweight and started to show signs of organ failure, and couldn't remember to feed herself. Within a week of her arrival, when I finally had an opportunity to bring her personal items, the director told me they had no way to bill for her. I assured them I would help the process as best I could, I had no major information, I knew she had medicare, and that I had been assured by the hospital that they had already applied for benefits on her behalf to make sure it would be covered. The director then told me that either we had to find a way for her to pay, or she would "dump her at a homeless shelter." The woman has severe dementia! That simple show of almost sociopathic lack in empathy should be examined. Also to note- All of her personal items were stolen in that facility. Don't trust them at all.
