It has taken me a little time to be able to write this review. We recently lost a valuable member…read moreof our family. Duke our rescue of over 13 years ago. We had recently changed our Vet from being out of town, to closer due to all our ages, and wanted to be closer to establish care for our two dogs. After Duke's first Annual Visit, he had his first "Senior Blood Panel" he had high levels of Kidney/Pancreas results. Dr Kramer prescribed digestive dog food, and a supplement of Denamarin for next couple of weeks. Dukie appeared to be fine, with the exception of stool color, texture was loose. x2 weeks later losing weight, and blood test again much higher. Dr. Kramer and her staff, was amazing. Dr. Kramer continued "Process of elimination" of Duke's symptoms and labs. She was always so optimistic! But a momma knows!! right? We together, decided to get an Ultrasound done. Long story short, Duke had Lymphoma, which effected his entire abdomen. The next x2 weeks was Duke's Bucket list as he rapidly declined in health. Dr. Kramer and her Staff taught me how to administer Duke's "Cocktail" (fluids) in case he needed to be hydrated on weekends, let me just come in and check in weight, and given support with my questions. When Duke decided it was his time, I called, and they prepared for his Day. Specialized parking, sign out front, couches, pillows, music, treats and a little more TIME. So beautiful and comforting. Private entrance. A wonderful paw print, and cremation container to bring our Big Boy home. Dr Kramer and her Staff, supported all my decisions, with her professionalism, care & empathy. They sent us a Sympathy card a week later, and also planted a Tree in honor of our Sweet Big boy! It honestly, doesn't get any better than this!! I can't thank them enough, or be more grateful. Love, Duke's Family

The staff have called on numerous occasions to check up on the progress of my pup's healing. I couldn't recommend them more.

Star ratings, like reviews, are sometimes crap. Objectively, here's mine:…read moreA) Affordability? Pricing for shots/exam was somewhat confusing, but don't be timid; do ask. I was timid. I suspect it goes up the more exciting your pet makes the visit. Note: hours are limited. Decor is circa late 70s; the building is elderly but maintenance seems adequate and probably budget-draining. Usually clean. No distressing odors in any area. B) Staff is informative and understands? Yes, with caveats; speak clearly, don't shout; either the acoustics are lousy or they are sometimes too distracted to listen - or both. Likewise, listen carefully, ask if something seems unclear. My confusion on a recent issue was cleared up quickly and without genocide. C) Supportive? Mostly. See B. D) Doctor? One. Competent, reserved but thawed after repeat visits. Has sense of humor and steady hands, even after a pet has a panic attack. No idea how he manages panicky owners. E) Location? 11th Street, not far from Benson Stone. Entry is a little tight, but with enough parking out back. No observable, car-eating potholes or axlebrakers, relatively unlittered. Wish I could say that about the surrounding streets. F) End of review. Did I mention star ratings are sometimes crap? If you got this far without needing last rites, bathroom breaks or sleep, congrats! I claim responsibility for all emotional content.
