I called Tim and found that he was the same way....nearly identical to me. He paid attention to our many needs for drainage, communication, and landscaping....then processed them, provided solutions, created a fair plan, executed well, communicated extremely well, VERY transparent in every aspect, delivered on-time/on-budget....with a very high quality of work. Best part.....the final product not only met every concern, but it clean-up was impeccable. I cannot recommend him and his crew high enough. Outstanding work from an outfit that knows this business.

I can't wait to use Southwestern Irrigation & Landscaping to install our irrigation system at our new home. Thanks so much.

Never having had one before, I wanted to have it checked and I needed to find out how to set it and use it effectively. Josh was very responsive and helpful! He checked the entire system, replace one sprinkler head, and set up the watering schedule for me. I especially appreciate that when I asked if I needed to replace the 24-year-old controller, he DIDN'T try to cash in, he told me the one I had was was absolutely working fine and didn't need to be updated yet! I absolutely will call them again when I need to! I've actually already recommended them to one of my new neighbors!

They sent out the person who initially did my quote to tamp down the track marks, which was nice so I added $50 to the check for the fast response and attempt to fix it. This ended up being a severe mistake as I then discovered damage to my gate. Minor, but clearly nobody cared to take note of it, contact me about it or fix it. When I contacted again, I was told I must be confused on my part, as the careless team that runs heavy machinery through wet yards couldn't have been the same careless team that ran that heavy machinery up against a bolt, splitting the wood and bending it out of place. For this service, you're better off renting machinery from Lowe's and doing the damage yourself. I was told quote "this is an unusually slow time" as there's been a lot of competition from tree companies starting more work from the hurricane that came through. It's sounding like that competition has been the better option for people, and I didn't get that hint.
