Poor craftsmanship. No tiles bonded to the floor. Each done has been redone costing me double in labor and materials, not to mention the immense frustration and inconvenience. He also damaged moldings and a sink that was later discovered. Other professionals have have been shocked by the lack of craft. We hired Smith Tile & Construction for a complete remodel of our bathroom. We used the same tile color (but different sizes) on the floors as in the shower and up the walls. Nolan came over before the job to discuss the job and get a vision of what we wanted. They started the job exactly when they said they would, the quote was just what we agreed on and the job finished within the stated time. What was more important to us is our bathroom is amazing! Nolan is a tile expert/genius and a professional. He has a vision for design and the final product was above and beyond our expectations!
