We have been keeping house for 36 years and we used to shop Circuit City, then we became Best Buy customers. One of the aspects we came to expect was a quick delivery promise, then ridiculous delays in actual delivery. So, neither of us reacted when Ms. Sharon kept saying, "We can bring it tomorrow!"
