I actually was concerned that I was not paying the right amount of taxes (I thought they might be lower not higher). 4. When I said that he is being condescending over the phone, the agent (A male agent) told me that he was just trying to answer my f***** question and that I should piss off (???). Such a rude rude response from a company. I'm not sure why he has other better 5 star reviews. Immediately placed me in a bucket of me complaining that my taxes were too high (when in fact I didn't even say anything remotely like that).
