There were no fatalities, just your basic 3 car accident. My daughter was told her share was $8,000. She received a check for $1,500 about a week ago. One of the girls in my vehicle was probably the least injured of all, if at all, was told her share would be $17,000. I hurt my hip and have been in constant pain since. I was told my share would be $11,000. My daughter and I had all our medical paid by our insurance. Well, I still don't have a check. I called the office on Thursday and today is Tuesday and still no word. Communication is very poor and forget about meeting your attorney, in the last year I spoke to my attorney 1 time after insisting to speak to her and learned exactly nothing, still don't know her name. Would I recommend Paul Powell? Not a snow ball's chance in hell. His claim that he'll never take more than you are still yet to be seen.

When I learned he was running for family court judge a wave of panic and disbelief consumed me. He has no business having that responsibility in a courtroom knowing first hand how serious my case was.
