I'm extremely pleased with the service I get at NorthCrest Orthopaedics…read more The receptionist, Tonya, is very pleasant and answers any questions I have. I never have to wait too long for an appt either! I have to go for tears in my rotator cuff, and so I'm being treated with cortisone shots for now. Josh Thornhill usually administers the shots for me, and I have to give him kudos. It really doesn't hurt, and it helps so much! Friendly, personable and funny. Some of his staff on the other hand have no idea what it takes to deal with patients, customers. The ladies who answer there phones and work he front desk are nothing short of rude. With what I call thinly disguised contempt. And just when I thought the ladies working the Clarksville and Pleasant View offices were bad at cutover service. I had to go to the Springfield office. And that lady was clearly pissed off that interrupt her personal phone call. Now his Physicians assistants and Laura who does his Scheduling are also very good and friendly. There offices are always clean, tidy and in good repair, you just need to bring a sweater or jacket because they keep it cold.

I switched to this therapy…read morecenter after a short stint at Mark Their Words (had a terrible experience there), and the care my child received was night and day. My daughter has autism and actually started using some words within 4 months. Anna and Autumn at the front desk have top tier customer service, they try their best to fit you into scheduling if you need another time than your kid's normal scheduled appointment, and the finance department will work with you so your child can continue to receive therapy if you get behind as long as you talk to them. My daughter had 2 therapists here before going with Carly... all three were knowledgeable and worked with my daughter at her own pace. I personally love Carly who introduced us to the AAC device and is currently undergoing that process to see if it's a good fit for my kid. if I could give 10 stars to Cornerstone, I would. Hate that'll I'll be moving away next year as I will miss this facility, but I know my daughter is receiving the best care for speech therapy until we finally leave.

Not only that but the workers never tried to form a bond with him. Instead just put him into a room and push him to do things. I understand that's what therapy is for... to help them. But you HAVE to take the time to understand the child and get to know them. There was no reason to give up on my nephew after just 6 appointments! I feel like they didn't even try.. absolutely ridiculous and disappointing. I don't recommend this place at all.
