And nobody could understand as his speakers were absolutely horrible. And he was told but it was never fixed. He messed up three times on starting the wedding song for the bride and groom. That was horrible. The bride and groom really want everything to go perfectly so messing up on the wedding song was not acceptable. If this was my wedding I would have felt horrible. Of course we all had a great time so I'm not going to say that he ruined it but it could have gone way smoother than it did. The wedding itself was beautiful the people were incredible the food was most delicious and everybody had a great time.

Marco was great at reading the crowd, and his assistant was definitely keeping the guests' energy up! The whole process was super easy. I just visited the link to the photo booth in the email from my CM (Yelp community manager), and the app gives you the option to select a still image, a GIF, or a burst of images. When you select any of the media options, you have the choice to either upload an already snapped pic, or open up the camera to take a new photo on the spot. Whichever way you choose to do the photo, you next just drag and center the photo however you like. Then you will approve the final product and select how you'd like to share it - either via text or email to yourself or others. It's all so simple and seamless and I would definitely use this tool next time I have a large personal or corporate event!

They were also offering a deal that included their roamer ring service during cocktail hour - I was sold! On the day of the wedding, Ryan was set up exactly on time and he was FANTASTIC about seeking out guests to capture using the Roamer Ring. I'm so grateful for this as I'm certain he captured photos of guests that otherwise would not have been targeted by our professional photography team. Our guests had a BLAST using the 360 booth - it truly brought out some hilariously goofy sides of friends and family that I'd never witnessed before lol. Miles was super easy to work with from the minute I booked him thru the party. He designed a cute backdrop based on the invite I sent him that my 14 year old approved right away (and she's a tough critic). He followed up a week/days before the event with their set up plans and who would be there from Hello Flashy. And he sent a link to all the photos the day after the party, which came out great. He used his own backdrop and also the backdrop provided by Bashy Bash who did an amazing job with the decor. I would definitely use them again based on the price and overall experience!

I responded saying we would be using his services and would send him the paperwork over the next day. Once I sent him the paperwork, he responded with a question about payment. After I responded to his question I didn't hear back from him. I sent the response on a Thursday so I thought maybe he was just busy and I would being hearing back on the latest Monday. Monday morning comes around, and I send him an email with an update on the paperwork because I need to get things moving for my event as it was 2 weeks away now. Again no response. Finally I had email him again the next day basically asking why he is ignoring my emails, and if he is not interested in our business he could at least respond so I can look elsewhere. Finally he responds with, and I quote, " I'm so sorry for late respond. I'm sorry but i have already fill the date with another client." I am so frustrated and disappointed in this response. Do not tell clients that you are available for booking and to have me send all the official paperwork for you to ignore it and find a different client. Very unprofessional of Ryan and would not recommend to anyone to use his service.
