Some backstory: Without giving away too many details, I had a tenant who stopped paying rent and was breaking my rental agreement (unapproved people living in the house, damaging the property, smoking in the house, avoiding phone calls, etc). Real deadbeats and scumbags. It was a pretty basic, open-and-shut case as far as the eviction process went, but the issue was twofold: (1) I had no idea where to begin, and online resources didn't make things clear at all, (2) the tenants were doing everything they could to complicate the issue--they would make false reports about me to the police, forge rental documents, slander me online, etc. Attorney Greiber dealt with it professionally, and acted as a go-between between the tenant and I while simultaneously moving forward with the eviction case. You know, typical lawyer stuff. Where he did excel though, is in clearly explaining each step of the process and preparing me along the way for every possible contingency. In some respects he might have done too good of a job, because now I'm able to successfully pursue small claims actions independently. In the event that I'm faced with another sensitive situation in managing my rentals, I would not hesitate to use Attorney Greiber again.

I called two and a half weeks ago and made an appt regarding a real estate issue. Today, 6 hours…read morebefore the appointment, I get a call telling me Atty Greiber is too busy to take on new cases. They had to wait until 6 hours before to figure that out. Not a good way to do business.
