I like that the staff here is super friendly, our appointment was on time, I think it may have even been a few minutes early, the office has video games and a movie playing to keep the kids entertained while they sit in the waiting area and on the way out they gave us a gold coin to use in their toy / prize machine after our appointment. I'm so happy we decided to switch to Camelback Pediatric Dentistry, the last place we were at was such a stark difference from this, bad service, appointments were always 45 minutes or more late, the waiting room was dark. I can't see any reason I would ever need to go look for a different dentist for my child after finding the perfect one here! :-)

Not only are they extremely knowledgeable but they are truly the most caring and patient practice out there. They somehow make even the hardest appointments a fun and happy experience. My 5 year old son needed extensive dental work done and it was recommended by another practice that he be put under general anesthesia to complete the work. Naturally, I was concerned about putting him under at such a young age so I reached out to Dr. Popat for a second opinion. He was beyond helpful and reassuring about the amount of work that needed to be done. He was able to complete it all in a few visits with just laughing gas and local anesthesia. They made everything so comfortable and relaxing that my son had no clue there was ever a needle or scary tools involved. He gladly went back to each appointment without any hesitation! Also, as a parent there is a level of guilt you feel when you find out your child needs dental work done. I felt like I had failed my son even though we were doing everything we could to try and keep his teeth in good shape. Dr. Popat was so kind and had zero judgment whatsoever. He also explained to me that there are other factors that can contribute to these issues. I definitely felt a huge sense of relief and less guilt after speaking with him. They have also helped me with my replacement retainers and had them done much quicker than anywhere else I have been in the past. Once again, they go above and beyond for all of our dental and orthodontic needs. My kids are actually excited for their upcoming cleanings! Such a relief compared to our past visits elsewhere. I highly recommend!

I have been a patient here for about 4 or 5 years, and in that time, I have RARELY seen the same…read moredental tech or dentist twice. I recently learned that many of the techs are contractors who float between offices. Building trust with a consistent care team is very important to me, especially since I've had bad experiences in the past. I specifically scheduled a procedure with a dentist I liked during my cleaning, only to arrive at my appointment and find an unknown dentist assigned to do the work with zero notice. This lack of consistency is clearly affecting their administrative accuracy as well. During my last visit, the reception told me I was there for a cavity filling, which was incorrect. Furthermore, they asked why I was "refusing" a night guard, even though I already own one that I purchased from THIS office years ago. It is unacceptable to feel like a stranger at your own dentist's office after five years. Unfortunately, my trust in this office has completely eroded. If you value seeing a consistent provider who actually knows your dental history, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

It's not super close to me but didn't mind since my last dentist wasn't great. Once my hygienist left it just wasn't the same. The part time hygienist was fine, but my teeth didn't feel clean after. I haven't had any dental work done by this dentist. I'm thinking it's time to find a new office a little closer to home.
