Yesterday I was at the office for the first time. I had an appointment with Dr. Do, and Susanna was assisting. The reason for the visit was to check on my teeth and evaluate what treatment I need. I was unhappy with the dentist I was going to for past 4 yrs, and my friend recommended Dr. Do. I'm happy that I decided to give Dr. Do a chance. Everyone in the office was very nice, professional and showing care. The X-rays and scan of my teeth were done, Dr. Do did oral examination of my teeth and explained everything very clearly. She was very nice, friendly and honest about the treatment I need. She saved me from getting unnecessary treatment at my other dentist office, treatment that would be painful and expensive!!! I'm so disappointed that there are dentist out there who don't care what's the best for the patient and lie just to make more money by providing unnecessary treatments. With Dr. Do I don't have to worry about that issue, as her honesty is very important and valuable to me, and I'm looking forward to seeing her as often as needed without having any doubts in the back of my head. My husband and I just had our first appointments with Dr. Padia. He was so thorough and very easy to talk to. The whole staff is amazing-from the minute we walked through the door, to the care we received from each staff member. They were concerned for our comfort-offering a blanket, a neck roll, chapstick. I really appreciate how in-depth of an exam Dr. Rolfes performed! He not only examined my teeth, but he took the time to explain his findings and what we can do about them. Smiles 4 OC!! hands down the number ONE Dental office a patient can ask for. I've been a patient for some years now. In fact, my wife was a patient of Dr. Rolfes as a child. Dr. Do is my Dentist and she is so knowledgeable. She is also very warm and kind. The kind of thing you really come to LOVE about a Dentist's office. Now, the staff. The staff are amazing to put it simply. You're greeted by Cynthia at the front desk and she is incredibly nice. The entire staff have these perfect teeth and it's a whole vibe. I have been to many a dentist in my adult life and Smiles 4 OC outshines them all with ease. This office employs professional, caring and skilled staff. Lisa, my primary hygienist is #1. She works on me, my wife and from time to time my kids. We all love her care. I verbally thank her and the staff for taking care of me when I go visit. Dr. Tim, Dr. Rolfes' son is also just a really nice young man. There's also another Doctor but his name escapes me as I write this review but rest assured he's a pleasure as well. Smiles For OC is a new dental office for me since moving to Orange County. I've been there three or four times and each visit was very pleasant. The dentist's and assistants they have working with them are amazing and know exactly what they are doing! There service is top tier, from when you walk in to the office and the surgery rooms! I never thought I'd Ever say this ...but~~ Sharina is something special! I mean the kind of cleaning that could put you to sleep... now that takes some major trust from a skilled hygienist. I have never felt so comfortable. Sharina was methodical and mindful. No talking just focused. She was gentle but thorough and she never made my teeth zing. She worked on my teeth for 50 minutes until all my teeth were shiny and spot free. Thank you for your care and cleaning skills Sharina it was great to see Dr. Rofles too! I have suffered with major anxiety over the years and have been afraid of the dentist - even for cleanings. I was referred here about three years ago when I was searching for a dentist and I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else. The staff is so welcoming. . Right when you walk in, they make you feel comfortable. They are friendly and helpful. I always feel taken care of - and - I have never felt any pain. I listen and follow directions and trust all of them completely. I never thought I'd be someone to say this but I look forward to my appointments - I have fun and enjoy talking with everyone and am so happy with all of my results. This dentist office is top tier!! The office is beautiful and incredibly clean, and the staff from front desk to the dentist are so kind, personable, and caring. I see Dr. Do and she is truly the best I've come across. She takes her time and cares about your well being, especially your teeth.
