The service is always top notch-- I've had cleanings and fillings done and they always go smoothly and without any pain. I've only had one incident where they were running late on their appointments and was asked if I wanted to stay and wait, or come back another time. I was thankful that they gave me the two options as I was ok with rescheduling. Can't recommend this place enough.

The entire experience felt like an assembly line of children being rushed through surgery. My daughter had two impacted lower wisdom teeth removed, and the procedure was completed in approximately 45 minutes. Afterward, we were handed a sheet of postoperative instructions and sent on our way, with no pain medication provided for our three-hour drive home to the Florida Keys. Two hours into that drive, she was already in significant pain. She subsequently had an adverse reaction to the prescribed narcotic pain medication. I called the office requesting a non-narcotic alternative, and **no one ever returned my call.** That lack of follow-up was completely unacceptable. Her recovery was extremely difficult. The pain and swelling were severe enough that we had to visit a local dentist twice. Something also appeared to be wrong with the stitches on her right side. Her healing took well over two weeks. I had asked about a long-acting pain injection that could have provided relief during the first few days of recovery, but was told they did not offer it. Admittedly, I asked too late, and I take responsibility for not confirming that option beforehand. What troubles me most isn't simply that her recovery was painful. It's the lack of communication, follow-up, and concern when complications arose. **If I could do it over again, I would have saved the money and paid out of pocket elsewhere rather than put my daughter through this experience.** I strongly encourage other parents to ask detailed questions about postoperative pain management, emergency contact procedures, and follow-up care before choosing a surgery center. I wish I had known what I know now.

THIS PLACE MADE MY GRANDMA CRY! TERRIBLE DENTIST…read more I would strongly discourage anyone from coming here. The lack of professionalism, compassion, and BASIC customer service is unbelievable. My 80-year-old grandmother has been a patient here for the past year for dentures. They removed her bottom teeth so the dentures could properly fit, yet after all this time, she still has NOT received them. During one of her recent visits, they caused her mouth to bleed by forcing the dentures to try and fit in her mouth. When she expressed concern to her doctor, Dr. Bustillo, she was essentially blamed for the issue. Mind you, my grandmother has worn dentures for over 20 years and recently underwent heart surgery. She can barely speak above a whisper, yet they accused her of being "nasty" and ultimately KICKED HER OUT of the office. We are talking about an elderly woman who deserved patience, respect, and proper care not rude treatment and dismissal. The entire experience has been heartbreaking and extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially those seeking compassionate care for elderly family members.
