My son loved the arcade area with free games. The exams were quick and you can go back with your children or stay out in the waiting room. That was great because I prefer being in the room with my children. All 3 were X-rayed, examined, and received their cleanings within a hour. The doctor was kind and didn't try to persuade or shame you into paying for costly procedures. He was also respectful to his employees and they seemed to enjoy their job.

They were friendly, attentive, and patient. Most importantly they said my son didn't need as much work as the Dental Ark said he needed. They did the same with my 9 year old. They said he needed more work than what he actually needed. My 9 year old had 4 crowns put in at the Dental Ark a year ago. Makes me wonder if he actually needed so much. Don't take your children here! They are not patient, they don't allow you to be in the room which is very weird, and they want to overcharge! Also, expect to be waiting here for HOURS!

Last, since I will not be returning, I asked for my medical records to be sent over to the new office. Good luck with that process as they won't answer the phone or respond to emails. It will take at least a week to get them transferred over according to the person who handles that process. Don't be fooled by the low intro prices they offer, it's not worth it and the other charges can get expensive quickly.
