My wife and I are selling our home and Jessica was the realtor representing a family that agreed to purchase our home. After agreeing to a purchase price, an inspection, and filling out paperwork for the family purchasing the home to assume the VA loan we had on the home, the home was listed as contingent. Everything was set; or so we thought. After a deadline came and went concerning different aspects of purchasing the home (e.g., the family applying to assume the VA loan), our realtor tried over the course of several weeks to contact Jessica. She never got back to him. As a result, we could only assume that the family found something else, which is fine. What is unacceptable, unprofessional, and inconsiderate is that we were never notified. Consequently, for roughly a month our house set in Contingency, which meant that we only showed it one other time as a back-up. Admittedly, how we were treated wasn't illegal, a distinction often given to settle things. While true, simply because something isn't illegal, it doesn't follow that it isn't immoral or unethical. When it comes to treating others how one would want to be treated, what is ethical or moral is fundamental and, indeed, from which legality or illegality is based. All that was needed was a simple phone call. To make matters worse, my wife contacted the 307 Realty Team to find out what happened and she was to receive a call back with an answer. That was a week ago. Once again, unacceptable, unprofessional, and inconsiderate, ethically or morally speaking of course. The 307 Realty Team in general and Jessica Garrett in particular, therefore, deserve the above rating. If I could give them a negative one rating, I would.

My experience with this rental agency was extremely negative. I had rented an apartment for a year…read moreand a half. I gave notice 30 days in advance when I planned to move. The apartment was cleaned and vacated on time. An exit inspection was requested only two be told it wasn't necessary and that I should receive my security deposit in about six weeks. To my surprise, I instead received a copy of invoices stated I owed over a thousand dollars for cleaning and repairs. . They kept my 650 dollar security deposit and 30 days later sent the balanced owed to a collection agency. After meeting with the agent, the amount was reduced by 100 dollars with an expectation that I should be greatful. Instead, I felt that I had been taken advantage of with charges of cleaning and repairs billed at 65 dollars an hour. My experience was extremely negative.

I cleaned the house before we moved in because it was so dirty I was not comfortable unpacking, and right after we moved out. And we only stayed in that house two months.
