Of course, there are other interested parties in the estate. I contacted Attorney Kuenzi to ask if he'd be interested in handling the estate. My stipulations were this would be managed by the book, to the letter of the law - to be sure there were no questions and above reproach. Attorney Kuesnzi accepted. Of course when dealing with other members of the family - questions were raised, conflict was imminent - but Attorney Kuenzi handled things in a very professional manner - working with other attorneys to come to reasonable resolutions. We went through the sale of real estate, personal property and bank accounts. These were handled in a very timely manner and by the book. The office staff was available anytime to the family for all questions and documentation requests and were extremely helpful - even dealing with emotional issues.
