I have filled out an application and it's entirety it's a lot of work and a lot of your personal information that they want online it makes you wonder should I continue, and as far as contacting someone is not going to work. I have put in for a warehouse/picker/packer position in Newark de. The agent name Jeanette barrios was trying to help but wasn't professional, now I'm trying to find out if they are legit because my personal information is on the line. I haven't heard anything back from them so im going to contact corporate office. Now days it's hard to try to get a job when everything is sceptical.

I do not wish to work for Goodwill in any shape or form as they take advantage of their employees and do not pay for all the hours people work especially if they are disabled. Many employees of Goodwill have been working there for years without raises and are still minimum wage workers. I do not wish to work for Goodwill and I think it is wrong to take money from the Federal Government to channel it into a business that basically takes donations and claims to train its workforce when it does nothing like this. It is a total scam. When I expressed my concerns I was told I was not a "good fit." Basically ES has set employers and they have no intention of paying people livable wages or offer real training. They were paid $3000.00 and spent a total of about 1.5 hours with me. It is a total scam.

The owner, Dawn Prentice, seems really nice as most do as putting on a "Mask" to get as much business as possible. Now I am sure she is truly has a heart because of business she is in, but I also know it brings her in good money. You see, after I signed the paperwork, after she started to see the green, she handed me off to the next person, Patrick Gallagher which was fine because that was the process. Week after week, we developed plans and ideas; updated resumes and cover letters; and went to job fairs. Nothing happened month and month and month. I was starting to get depressed, but kept on trying. Patrick Gallagher said to me that he placed every single person he had quickly. You know what Patrick; I think you either lied to me as you possibly did many times while we talking. Patrick Gallagher did not even get me an interview!!!! WTF!!! Sure I had certain rules....no fast food joints and no labor jobs because I am disabled. That is it, and no job interviews; NOT even information interviews. I continue to look and so did he (so I thought). Two or three months went by, and I didn't get a call, so I called up and left a message. The next day, I made an appointment with DVR for 2 weeks later for all of us to get together. Employment Solutions Plus dropped me because Patrick Gallagher sucks at getting people quality jobs; instead he gets them fast food jobs, labor jobs, or sales jobs (I forgot to mention I did not want a commission sales jobs either) Thank you Patrick Gallagher very much!!!
