I came in with a level 5 ash blonde root and balayage, simply needing a refresh. After paying over $300, I left with orange hair, bleach spots throughout, and visible gray roots because only part of my roots had been colored. To make matters worse, after shampooing my hair, the stylist ripped through it with a hard bristle brush without using conditioner, causing significant tearing, breakage and damage. I returned the next day for a color correction by the manager. While the orange roots were covered, it also covered many of the highlights I had paid for. The toner applied was only a temporary fix, and I was left with several inches of dark roots, lost highlights, remaining orange streaks, and severely damaged hair. The salon offered a deep conditioning treatment but refused to refund any portion of the service. While they may be fine for basic haircuts, I would not recommend this salon for balayage, blonding services, or color corrections. My hair is in significantly worse condition than when I walked in.

It started this morning with the initial stylist calling out and Susan reaching out to me directly asking to reschedule for a little later in the day...guys this was her day off and she made time for me! I was excited to treat myself to a haircut and color because I have been neglecting my hair since I found out I was pregnant so I had about 3-4 different colors PLUS grey hairs all over the place. When I arrived, Susan greeted me with a smile and immediately got started on transforming me. I felt so comfortable in the salon and Susan was so human centered and understanding about what I was hoping my hair would look like and then we began. My hair was like straw and definitely damaged. My hair was curled and I didn't notice how bad it was until I got home. I sent in pictures to the manager. I was told to return for them to fix it because they do not do refunds. I did return and after talking to the same stylist. I was told what I wanted couldn't be done. The stylist Sarah had a reason for every mistake and continued to argue with myself and my husband. She stated multiple times. Are you a stylist? Did you go to school for hair? The manager was supposed to call me which didn't happen. I had to call and track down the manager myself who knew nothing about the situation. She was supposed to look into the matter and call me back. She needed to talk to the owner who only owns the business but doesn't do hair. That was definitely a red flag. After waiting several days. I called back and was told by a front desk person not the manager. That because of the way my husband acted. They wouldn't refund my money and if I went through the bank, they would fight it. I didn't even bring the bank up, but thanks for the idea. I went and purchased dye and did my own hair. I wasted over $400 and didn't even get my hair cut for that much money. Before I left, I told the stylist, who was very sweet, that I disliked what had resulted. I gave her an opportunity to fix it (part of why it took so long). She did another toner, and it still looks horrible. I called within 24 hours of the appointment to request a refund, since I was told washing would help, and it definitely did not. I was told that the stylist who did my hair has apparently different policies than the rest of the salon and that the original stylist would call me back. After speaking to her she shared that the salon has an "all sales are final" sign posted, and I would not be given back my money. I only tried this salon because I moved 72 Miles from my old stylist. I want to just drive back to my regular stylist to fix it--it's that worth it to me. I got my hair done for my brother's graduation, and I'm so embarrassed that my hair looks like this. I already gave the stylist a chance to correct it. My hair is incredibly dried out from being over-processed. I don't feel comfortable going back to that salon. My hair needs to have the color corrected and be repaired. It's going to be expensive to do. I have never paid that much money for highlights and a one inch trim, let alone to have a color job that is so far off the mark from my expectations. I am awaiting a call from the owner tomorrow. Tomorrow is the only day I have to get this corrected, before I fly out of state. I am highly displeased and do not recommend this salon for color. Update 5/10/18 10:36 am. I just spoke with the "owner" of the salon. Her response was that the stylist that did my hair is who is supposed to be taking care of this issue. The owner informed me she would not be issuing me a refund because the stylist who did my hair "works for herself," and "only rents a chair". She further stated that I'm the only person that has ever been disappointed with that particular stylists' results. Whether that is true or not, I am incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied with my hair and the amount of money and time I have spent in trying to correct this issue. The owner relayed to me that I will have to speak to the stylist (again), to try to resolve this issue. So far up to this point, I spoke to the stylist the day of, she added toner, I let her know I still didn't love it at the end. She suggested that I will "like it even more in a couple of days". I called yesterday spoke to another stylist. I received an vm from the stylist called her back. I asked to speak to the owner. Owner called me today. I was told to speak to the stylist again.
