So, I am "calming the review down a bit". She doesn't think they should even get a 1 *. She went because the reviews on YELP were good. Everything that could go wrong.... went wrong !!!! First, she spent almost 4 hours in that shop just getting a color & cut. Hannah was the Salon Stylist for her. My friend honestly believes this was her first day on the job. She needs a LOT more training. To summarize, her color was wrong and they had to redo it and added another product to "calm" the first color. And at the end.... The color was still splotchy as best. Then the cut was more like a "chop" than a synchronized styling. The "chop" was very irregular and uneven cuts. And, though her hair wasn't long, they chopped off so much, my friend is embarrassed walking around in public and feels like she needs a wig. At the end of her time and poor experience in this Salon, knowing how unhappy my friend was.... they told her~ "today will be no charge". My friend said.... You're damn right, no charge. She will not be going back to that Salon ever again. She does state...... If you feel a need to select this location, do not.... She repeats....DO NOT see Hannah !!

I had to take my glasses off for the cut and was shocked to see to top and sides of my hair cut to within 2" of my head- the exact opposite of what I tried to reinforce. In addition the back is completely chopped. It's short but it is hacked up. It's the first time I have ever let a hairdresser know how unhappy I was and that I'm leaving a bad review. In addition, when I booked the appt he personally texted me it was $50 when I went to pay it was suddenly $55!
