I brought her a photo 3 or 4 haircuts ago of a style I liked, she was honest and told me it would take several cuts to achieve what the picture showed due to my previous style. I truly think they are trying to get you in & out as quickly as possible. Right now its appt only so I made an appt but stood outside a good 15 minutes because the person before me was taking a while. They dont have anywhere to sit so you can only stand there. Once in the lady was very cold & didnt listen to what I wanted. I ended up going home & fixing my hair since one side was about 2 inches longer than the other. read more

My mom and I went into this salon, I brought a picture of what I wanted my highlights to look like, the little girl who did my hair, did not even come close. She gave me this Awful Brown color and very few blonde highlights. My mom hair turned out ok, but she was Overcharged and had to pay double for haircut and color. Let me tell you, the management coach these little girls to upsell clients without telling you how much it will cost. It cost over $300 for both our hair. The little girl who did my hair said she could put in more highlights at no charge,because she said, "I want you to be happy". I made an appointment and received a call from their so called manager who made up an excuse that I took too long to make an appointment, even though she called and said she had to check it out first and but she would be out of town a few days. I called her upon return and she refused to give me the highlights that were promised. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR! DONT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE! THIS SALON DOES THINGS UNDERHANDED!!! I am sure most of the hair stylists are very good that work there, but Mila needs to go back to beauty school. She made my hair look as if I took a dull pair of scissors to my own hair in my bathroom at home. I feel badly for not saying very nice things about the way she cuts hair. I just want to save someone else the devastation that I am going through now. My hair was almost down to the middle of my back, now its not even down to the middle of my neck! It is awful! I worked at this Salon since its opening (13+ years) and had a terrific following. Ten days before my vacation and vacation pay I came in on a Sunday and was asked to the backroom, handed a cell phone by Amanda and told to get my things and get out by the district manager because I moved over the shelf next to my station. I was the braider there who put the mannequins in the window on the back of the retail stand. They said I couldn't do that anymore and got a head stand which they put between my station and that retail shelf. For those people in the waiting room who watched the heads roll as I reached for my clippers know why I would move the retail shelf over. All this happening September 21 at a time when your clients need you the most (the Holidays). Amanda who is suppose to be managing the salon spent her time writing me up for breathing on ever little nit picking thing she could find including washing my mirror in which she wrote me up for destruction of marking materials. Unfortunately this is a Corporation and they are more concerned about $$ then anything else. Many good hairstylist have worked in this salon that are gone because a few bullies and jealous stylists are running the show. There are many salons in the area-find someone you trust and stay with them. One way to know if the salon is a good place to be is if they are not keeping the salon clean. If the salon is dirty then they won't worry about sanitizing their equipment and keeping you safe. I hope my clients found another place to go and are not rewarding the bullies for pushing good people out. Several have found me and for that I appreciate them very much. I got my sons start-of-school hair cut here. The man BUTCHERED IT!! My son had grown his hair all summer and looked like Shaggy! He wanted the 'Edward Cullen' style; there is a picture of that exact cut on the wall, which we pointed to and very clearly said "we would like that". The cut he received is a far cry from the giant poster on the wall!! He has a MILITARY CUT! UGH! I feel so bad. I was distracted with my 3yr old and by the time I realized it the damage was done.... My son is very upset and I don't blame him. I know it will grow back but he will have to go through the whole awkward stage, etc.... NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE! And from this day forward I will get a sitter and watch the stylist like a hawk! My poor pre-teen (he is 12). I never write complaints, but I am so upset! I remember what it was like to be 12, and appearance is important at that age. Not to mention how much hair the stylist had to work with!! WHY CHOP IT/BUZZ IT!! Mad at myself for not seeing it soon enough to stop it... NEVER AGAIN! read more
