I got online to check-in. I saw the wait was 34 minutes which was perfect since I was approximately…read more15-20 minutes away. I clicked the check-in button a few times but nothing came up. I then called the salon and told them the check-in feature wasn't working online and ask them to check me in. I was told they don't do that. I thought she was joking at first but she wasn't. I then drove to the salon. When I walked in, the wait was now 70 minutes! Now that I was in the building, I was checked in. This policy of not checking in people over the phone when the online check-in feature is not working is ridiculous. I sent a message to Great Clips customer service and got a swift reply from AI which was ridiculous in itself. The AI response is why I chose to take the time to type this review.

She caused my grandson to get a bloody lip, she was forceful, rude and extremely rough and didn't even do the cut we requested nor did she plan on it. Who uses a zero setting on a toddler. My poor boy could go as Mr. Clean without a costume this year for Halloween. My grandson is only two and she kept comparing him to other kids and talking in a stern voice and then wants to be even more rude when I didn't tip.
