The first time I went I scheduled with Liz. I just had a feeling about this place before I even went based on the website and waited 3 weeks to get an appointment even though I really really wanted a trim. I held out and didn't change my mind and just go to another place out of desperation. So, I finally went in and was greeted warmly by Donovan at the front desk. He offered me a refreshing glass of water with cucumber and offered to take my jacket and any other belongings and if I needed anything else to be more comfortable. I sat in the chair and Liz, who is super cute with gorgeous hair and really fun to talk to, played with my hair and asked what we wanted to do. I told her that I am flexible, love my short hair, but am open to whatever she wanted to do with me. She's the pro. She cut it shorter than usual and I loved it. She styled it just right so that it was short but still feminine. We scheduled an appointment at that time for a trim and color in a few weeks. Over the few weeks I was stopped all over the place with compliments on my hair. women at church would stop me, on the street, in the store, at my kids' schools... I was glad to not be the only one who loved the cut! So I went back for my trim and color with Liz. I was there for a little over 3 hours. She took her time to make sure it was just the right color, do something fun, cut my hair, and even gave me a hand massage and paraben treatment while I was under the heater. It was awesome! I love going there and can't wait for my next appointment.
