Mind you I had called the day before and spoke to Hazel and she confirmed she would be there at 9:30 for a cut and perm... at 10:10 she still wasn't there, the other lady made the excuse that she was there until 8 every night and that she don't open until 10, I said well I called and confirmed 9:30 yesterday evening and she was the one that said she could do it... not only was it very unprofessional for her to be that late, they were also rude in making excuses for her... would not recommend this particular person, other ladies in there are good but she does not come in on time... and was so rude when you point it out..

Asked for hair trim and the guy took a foot off my hair. Didn't even get some sort of shape. Then…read moregot no style or blow out. I was so angry that I just kept my mouth shut so I didn't start screaming and crying. He was supposed to wax my eyebrows but had no idea what a arch was. He got some girl out of the break room to do it and she was so sullen and rude it was ridiculous. I had to go elsewhere to get my hair shaped. That cost on top of the $55.00 I was charged. I would have refused but there is a sign where you check out that tells you not to negotiate prices or refuse to pay. Apparently an ongoing problem with the crappy service. I wouldn't recommend this place ever.
