Went the end of last week from out of state for a friend's wedding. The facility and staff were…read morenice, but I was so disappointed with the services!!! Especially for the price! $83 for a mani/pedi!!! My pedi felt great, but she didn't do the best job shaping my nails and one was chipped before I left. The mani is bad, sad face-it was my first one!! The lady who did my gel mani didn't get all of my old polish off, didn't trim my nails down, she didn't even look at my nails as she was filing! I actually picked up the file and fixed the rough edges of a couple that were really bad, but my nails are still all different lengths and shapes. The paint ended up red instead of purple (which it looked on the sample), and she didn't offer to change it when I mentioned the color being weird. I realized later that it didn't even cover my whole nail and the accent dip nail was done incorrectly, so it chipped the same day. I had an updo the following day, looked nice but not worth $60...I can get my hair cut and colored for just a bit more than that back home and an updo would probably cost HALF of that. At least the stylist fixed the chipped nail then for me. Again, nice facility and staff, but very little attention to detail as far as I can tell. And absolutely ridiculous prices for that lack of attention. The group of us who went are all disappointed. I'm already looking to get my fingernails redone and it hasn't even been a week.

At least 3 stylists couldn't find their scissors during our time there. It was a very frantic and uncomfortable environment and definitely not what I'm used to. In the past I've had no issue with the salon when it comes to hairstylist. My negative review is…read moresolely based on my waxing experience. The waxing services I received were, in my opinion, an uncomfortably, painful, and disappointing experience. With prices nearly doubled compared to professionals in the city, the space in which the procedure was done in was dirty, cluttered and unorganized. This was the most painful and awkward Brazilian wax I have received. Although I've not had many, I could certainly tell this was not at all a service I would repeat at this establishment. I could say that perhaps it was different due to the type of wax used, as I have never had this treatment done this way. I have only had wax applied and a strip used to pull the hair from the follicles. This wax was directly applied to the skin and left to dry and peel the hardened wax away tearing the hair out as it went. However, the wax was not tearing away from the skin easily and created a large amount of pain and irritation to my skin. The pain was so terrible and the technician was running low on wax and called it quits halfway through my upper legs. I left there extremely dissatisfied for the $85 dollars I spent.
