Everyone is so friendly, and I've always received a great pedicure. They are convenient and economical as well.

Vivian the owner is pretty rude when it comes to answering questions. Keep in mind that this is one of the only nail salons in the area so a lot of the people here don't have options but to go there and I was one of those people for awhile I would go in and the place is packed and I would stand there waiting to be acknowledged because I had a question, she glanced over at me a few times but didn't say anything eventually I said excuse me and she looked over and I asked about weather or not the eyebrow waxing girl was here(they don't always have someone for that which is why I wanted to ask that question before I sat down to wait two hours) she said "yes go wait" I said how long do you think the wait is she said "idk look around all these people are before you" so I left.. I decided then that I was finished going there but I still had gel nail polish on that had to get taken off so I went back. I asked to get my polish taken off and they said you don't want another color I said no thank you. I was getting the polish taken off and I know it's 5 dollars to take the polish off and 5 dollars to get your nails cut I opted out of the nail cut but when I asked them how much it was they said 10 dollars I said i was under the impression that it was five dollars they said yes but only if your getting something else too so I said I'll get an eyebrow waxing too (12 dollars) they said no that service doesn't count you have to get more gel polish on to get the 5 dollar price.. wow just wow what a rip off. I paid the 10 dollars, skipped the eyebrow wax and went on my way. Not to mention the place isn't even nice or clean to be uncharging people like that and there isn't a great selection of colors to choose from and they are all on the wall so you can't even compare it to your skin tone. Iv walked out of there disappointed almost every time it's a shame that this is the only place around. Iv decided that I would be better off driving 30 mins away to get my nails and eyebrows wax than to ever step into this place again. read more

Bad massage. Nails were not trimmed or filed properly. I have super sharp areas of my gel nail polish. And I paid for a deluxe manicure which should've been $45.... But when they told me how much it was it was $70... They said it was because it's five dollars to take off gel and I guess it was another $20 to put gel back on. This was an experience that I think will make me do my own nails because I'm not willing to do this after the tip it was like $85 for a non-great pedicure I still have to file my heels after this so not good. read more

About 5 hours before my wedding at Garth Mansion, I broke my dipped pink & white nail. Not just any nail... but the nail on my left ring finger! I showed up at Lovely Nails and she had it fixed in 5 minutes. It was finished so quickly, I decided to stay for a pedicure. read more

the owner is beyond rude, there was a problem with how they priced my mom and I's pedicure and she belittled me and argued with me in front of customers and talked over me. the workers also only put in half the effort they should in the pedicures. all they care about is money and want to get you in and out. overpriced, rude, and they don't even do a good job. I came in 45 minutes before closing and told them it was ok if they only had time for a pedicure but they fit both a full set of acrylics and a pedicure in within that time! The owners do an excellent job. I will say my toenails who were done by a new staff member chipped relatively soon after being done and it was very apparent she was still learning. I've only been one time so I can't say that's going to be the case every time and everyone has to start somewhere. Make sure to bring cash! read more

This place is great, it can crazy busy on weekends or after work but in the morning or early afternoon I'm always in and out within an hour. The staff here is incredibly nice and they treat you great during your visit. A full set of acrylics is $27 with regular polish, and a full is $15. The prices are fair, and I've never had crooked or chipped nails from here. They have an enormous inventory of colors here, so you'll be sure to find exactly what you're looking for. Been a regular here for 5 years and I'll be coming back for many more! read more

This place has gone down hill since I moved here and started going there in May. Quality issues, lack of care in what they do, and then tonight, I was seated when I came in and proceeded to wait 50 minutes before finally having enough and leaving. They helped three people who came in after me and never acknowledged my presence after telling me which chair to sit in when I arrived. Not worth their increasing prices, either. read more

Went there today, place is clean, the owner did my dip nail set, great job. Problem: her daughter works there, answers the phone, and argues with her mother. Daughter needs to learn who the boss is or work somewhere else. Not an enjoyable experience from a customer point of view. read more

Best place to go in Hannibal area for nails. I enjoyed a relaxing mani/pedi here right before my wedding and my nails still look fantastic. I work in an environment that is tough on my hands, but my shellac French tip manicure is going strong. I used to be a nail biter so my nails have a hard time growing long because they are brittle, but are growing with the help of this polish. I will certainly come back here on my next visit to Hannibal. read more

Horrible. I was not pleased at all with my nails. The girl who put the tips on my nails did not size them to my nails. They were either too large, or too small. The lady who actually did my acrylics and shaped my nails was very rushed and did not spend time making sure they were all even. The paint job was absolutely horrendous. My one year old cousin could do a better job asleep. My acrylic nails came off within a week and I do absolutely nothing that requires the use of my hands. Extremely disappointed. read more

Was visiting the area and needed to get my nails done. This shop has been in business for 20 years. They are very friendly and quick. One of the owners (the husband) worked on mine. He was very nice and had a great touch. I have had other men work on my nails and they have been rough. The shop was clean and well organized. Highly recommend this one. read more
