I called on a Saturday and usually most places are extremely busy and booked for weeks out. The receptionist was able to schedule me today since there was an cancellation. I come in and the place is beautiful, clean and quiet. You can tell they take pride in their presentation and they had customers coming in and out which let me know people were pleased. Jessica was the one who did my facial, I decided to get the dermabrasion to help with some scarring and discoloration I was having. Jessica was extremely profesional and knowledgable about what was best for my skin. She took her time and actually made this session so relaxing that I actually went to sleep, LOL! It was so peaceful and the rooms are set up to make you feel rested and comfortable. The sessions are about an hour and you can instantly see the improvements. Like most places they try to sell you products but here that did not happen. Their honesty and professionalism will make me a recurring costumer. I hope if you are in the area to give them a chance at least once. Thank you again for awesome service, ladies!

I planned to make an…read moreappointment for a few things, called when they weren't open and then when they were open I got a call from a MALE receptionist. NO name stated of his, no normal phone etiquette before asking about appointments--he just immediately asked if I would be scheduling a BRAZILIAN. Practically threw up in my mouth, I was just immediately so uncomfortable and grossed out. Will be finding somewhere else to go to, expeditiously!! EDIT: Thank you for the additional information that wasn't known to me when I made the original comment. I've never had a bad experience at the business in the past, and I reacted in the immediate shock of the encounter. Over the years, TWB had become a space where I felt safe, particularly because my experiences there had always been with women. I've had traumatic experiences in the past that have led me to intentionally seek out women-only spaces whenever possible, which is why this interaction affected me so strongly. With the additional context, I recognize that my original characterization was stronger than warranted and understand now that the questions were part of the business's standard process. In hindsight, I think there was a misunderstanding on both sides of the encounter. I appreciate the clarification and have reconsidered my initial assessment, which is reflected in my updated review.

Also, she didn't leave the room to let me remove my panties and get on the table which isn't a huge deal breaker but watching someone undress (or texting while they do it) is uncomfortable. Her pricing was great, which is why I gave her a try, but in this case you will definitely get what you pay for.. I've been getting waxed for years and for the first time ever, I cried after an appointment because of the amount of pain I felt. It's been a few months since my appointment and I just want to protect others from having an experience like I had.

I've been getting Brazilians since 2008, and in all my wax experiences, she's the best and most professional! I always get a Brazilian, in n out n 15min which is outstanding bc we both are busy people. As with a Brazilian, shes no stranger to private parts and always makes me feel completely comfortable with my legs in the air. Sometimes I get my brows waxed and tinted! All services are quality and affordable. I implore you to make Jodi your esthetician.
