John and Anna don't like for you to be specific or particular with your requests. God forbid you change your mind on something. They will rush your appointment and give bad vibes if you do. John will make you wait extra long, walking away, taking breaks, taking customer payments. Anna takes too many customers at once, juggling your nails and anyone coming in for brow waxing. What should take maybe 45 minutes, takes two hours whether they're busy or not! And, Anna will rush your nails with drilling above a healthier soak off even when you ask for it. That's been my experience. I've been going for months hoping it would get better, but no. I'm out! If you can tolerate thinning nails, micro aggressive behaviors, and shade when you ask questions, this is the place for you. Your nails will look nice, but they only respect your money, not you!

Now, with all that said, this place is bad ass. It's the only place where someone actually knows what they are doing with your nails. The employees are friendly. They get to know their customers and what they like. They also move customers in and out in a very efficient manner. I always come here if I need to get my nails done. Do you ever feel like a dead fish when someone is doing your nails? They're doing it and you're staring up at ESPN on the tv, bored? Here the employees actually conversate with you, and they are wonderful people to get to know.

We both got honey green tea pedicures which were so relaxing.. Ask for the technician Kevin he gave a great leg massage. They have a great range of pedicure services too. They even have the Volcano Spa pedi available here! The shop doesn't look eye-catching on the outside but it is very nice on the inside. Nice clean glossy white walls, cute chandelier, and luxe massage chairs. The nail display showed an array of color options for dip and gel colors. The prices are fair with our pedicures at $70/each which seems typical of most nail shops nowadays. I have to say I was impressed to find a nail place like this in Cleveland and I will be back next time I'm in town!
