I was dealing with a severely dry scalp, but all she did was scrub it with her hands, didn't use a scalp brush or anything (I still had dry flakes in my scalp when I got home). I figured blow drying after a scalp reatment was included - NO! I got charged 15 extra dollars JUST TO GET MY HAIR BLOWDRIED. Not styled or anything.
