They complained to and about each other in front of everyone, and the receptionist is a joke. She must be related to someone there, because she cannot do her job. After actually feeling contempt from my stylist when I asked her to do a technique she'd never heard of, and then her resulting attitude during the entire 3 hour process, I will never go here again. They obviously quit educating themselves with modern techniques in the eighties. Also, as a paying customer, DO NOT MAKE ME HELP WITH MY FOILS. I don't want to have to work during my dye job. I found this place to be so unpleasant I wanted my money back. It was overpriced compared to other salons in the area, and I've found a much better salon and prices elsewhere. I doubt they get many new customers here anymore. I wish I could give 0 stars.
