Shelby was my stylist and although she was feeling ill (due to pregnancy) she made me feel welcome and comfortable in a new environment. Terrible experience. I paid for my niece to have her hair done and it did NOT come out at all the…read moreway she asked for it to--it was blonde (and FRIED) instead of the brown with highlight/lowlights that she asked for. It cost $200+ for her to not even get what she wanted. I had my hair done the day after. I asked for silver. The stylist didn't lift my hair to the light enough blonde. If given the option, I would have returned at another date in order to get my hair light enough. She left parts brassy and then tried to dye it silver. Needless to say, the silver stayed for maaayyyybeeee a day or two (even with me using silver conditioner to keep the color) because she just didn't let it get light enough. That cost me another $200+ for something I didn't like. At all. My hair is now just damaged from the bleach and back to it's original color already. Severely disappointed. I'm already hoping to get my hair redone and it's barely been two weeks.
