the management is in need of training, both in technical haircut skill(to maintain her level of quality service) and effective communication(to retain customer's respect of the brand) i walked in, was seated at a poorly cleaned and sanitized station(their implements/combs, capes, clipper gaurds would fail a state board of cosmetology inspection) her "consultation"(to which she later emphasized the importance of to, i assumed, a new stylist) was rushed and ignorant she cut one side too short, then kept cutting until i pulled my cape off and ended the haircut at this point, she became defensive and irrational to the point of blowing a situation in which we could have helped one other and understood humans are allowed to make mistakes, into an attempt to kick me out of the salon before running away to the dispensary herself(leaving the younger stylist alone to sit and watch and learn poor behaviors that again, worth unnecessary as my frustrations were with the situation(SEPARATE FROM HER AS A PERSON) i am allowed to be upset when mistakes are made and when those mistakes negatively impact my body to the stylist/manager, it was never personal. i have ten years of experience in the same career field and got my start at the smartstyles in my home town. i have firsthand experience and emphasized with you more than everything. the conditions you are working in are appalling and egregious. regis/smartstyles should be providing better for you. that was the point i wanted to get across as you were speaking over me. its hair. yes, again, im allowed to be frustrated and upset. but, i can understand and emphasize with you. you matter, as a stylist, a woman, and a person. please, just know that you are seen. read more

We went into the salon where two stylists were working, stood there about 10 minutes and we never were acknowledged by either one. So we left. I definitely wouldn't recommend this salon. read more

They lie and apparently are not open till 7pm. My 2 sons and I got there at 5:45pm and they refused us.

It was a wonderful overall experience. Both Connie and Chris were not only patient, kind, and friendly with all of my 5 children, including my special needs one - they also made them feel comfortable and welcomed. My family has never had such a heartwarming experience like this. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys - my children were so happy that the staff would engage on their level. read more

Well last week on June 3 2022 Hair dresser Rhonda was very rude un professional to me I ask her for professional hair cut she what is that a color lady that works there said white people she did it in front of a lady getting her hair done Rhonda started cutting my hair she grab my hair push my hand to my shoulders pretty hard then she grab me by my ear to raised they she said need you here me I said put your head down know she mess my hair up she didn't cut my back of my head our side burns or my bangs she said and whisper this what guy is dump stupid and retarded I hate be people like I what a combination for my rude service please help jerry read more

My appointment started at 1:30 and I didn't walk out until 8:30, after closing. My neck and back have been stiff for days from sitting there so long. I asked to add color, and to pick out some of the coppery pieces if she could. My hair was not only bleached, but because it took 7 hours, my hair is unevenly bleached making some pieces much lighter than others. Due to using the bleach versus color, the copper pieces she picked out are now a brassy orange. On top of it all, color is listed to be $69, as well as bleached highlights. Plus $10 for long hair, so I could work with $79. But I was charged $120, including a $20 toner I did not ask for or had knowledge of it being applied. She told me she wanted to blow dry my hair to see the result, which I told her was fine because my hairdressers have always blow dried my hair. What she did NOT tell me was that she was going to charge $17.95 for "basic style" to blow dry my hair. I was appalled, and still am. I hate my hair so much, I'm close to pulling a 2007 Britney. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure my hairdresser can give you a great cut. And during my 7 hours there, she was greeted by many customers and friends who seemed to adore her. She was nice and polite. Just don't go to Daisy for color. I've never been so unhappy. read more

I took my grandmother in to have her hair colored. The guy who helped us was beyond professional and so so kind! His name was T.J. I am so thankful for people like him in this world, he had patience and was so respectful to my grandmother!! read more

I am always nervous about getting a haircut due to my super curly hair. Shamara immediately put me at ease. She understood my hair type and while I was waiting on my color, she gave another young girl the cutest haircut. I asked her to make my hair color natural. It's a beautiful color now. She never pushed me to buy products, but when I asked was super helpful. I will definitely go back to this hair stylist. read more
