I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience buying my home…read more From my very first conversation with Jesse, I could tell he was a go-getter and a great negotiator. He was friendly, down-to-earth, and confident without ever making me feel pressured. That was a big reason I decided to go with him. Then I met Desiree, and she was just as amazing. She was so sweet, easygoing, patient, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. I got to tour all the homes with her, while Jesse was working behind the scenes, giving us his expert advice, thoughts, and strategy along the way. I felt very safe and trusted them instantly because they really worked for my best interest. And when I say we looked at houses... we LOOKED at houses!! We toured MANY homes in such a short amount of time and they made it happen for me and worked with my schedule to accommodate my time. We submitted offers, backup offers, multiple offers, and went through all the ups and downs that come with trying to find the right home. Then one day... BOOM! The seller accepted our offer! Not only did they help me get the house, but Jesse and Desiree were able to negotiate a huge discount for me, along with credits toward closing costs. That made such a difference, and I'm incredibly grateful for how hard they worked on my behalf. Throughout the entire process, they were supportive, helpful, responsive, and always there whenever I needed something. But honestly, what stood out to me the most was that it never really felt like I was working with real estate agents. It felt like I was working with old friends and family who genuinely cared about helping me get into my home, and now they're friends to me. Much love and respect to them And when we finally got the keys , they even surprised me with some really thoughtful little gifts, and a surprise at home. Such a sweet way to finish an already amazing experience. So, thank you, Des, for being so patient, kind, and easy to work with. And thank you, Jesse, for being such a great negotiator and for always having our back throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate everything you both did for me, and I'm so happy I chose you guys to help me through one of the biggest purchases of my life. Thank you, Jesse and Desiree! If anyone is looking for a real estate team that will actually be there for you and make you feel like more than just another client, I'd definitely recommend giving them a call!

Giving five stars and a glowing review is simply not enough to express how happy we were to work…read morewith The GreenHouse team. As first time home buyers, we had no idea where to start. We were also out of state which made everything that much more difficult. I'm a big Yelp user and relied on the hundreds of other 5-star reviews to look for a real estate company. I was so impressed with Craig and Jesse from the start. The initial call was SO organized, thorough, and personal. Not only did they give us a incredibly detailed step-by-step guide of the buyer's process, but also spent the time to learn more about us as people and what we were looking for in a home. I was surprised my how much time and energy was invested before even signing any contracts with them. After meeting with a few different teams, we chose the GreenHouse Group and 100% stand by our decision! Communication was consistently strong and we were always in contact with someone/the entire team along the way. We worked with Lori & Alexa who also helped us navigate documents and important deadlines. The GreenHouse Group has a well-designed platform to track the home buying process--making it easy to see deadlines and to-dos. We worked with Craig for our Kick-Off Tour. The GHG evaluation system for homes captured everything important to consider when purchasing a home and we learned so much about what to look for when checking out a home. Craig was straight-up, incredibly knowledgable, and clearly looking out for our best interest. He took us to see quite a number of homes that day and even had snacks and waters to keep us going! Unexpectedly, and uncommonly, we found a home from that weekend's trip we wanted to put an offer on. Craig jumped right in and guided us through the 'make-an-offer' process. He worked incredibly hard to negotiate on our behalf and was able to coordinate inspections and video walk-throughs for us when we couldn't be physically present. We were always promptly and transparently well-informed and advised. We never felt pressured or persuaded to make any decisions. Craig and the GHG team presented the facts and gave recommendations based on 20+ years of company experience--always looking out for our best interest. They were 'real' and weren't out to "sell us" on anything. Even during the rent-back process, the team coordinated with the other realtor to work with the sellers on transitions and key dates. It was super fun when Jesse and Lori were already at the house when we arrived to pick up our keys--what a thoughtful surprise! To top it off, they came with a whole container of new home goodies and essentials for us to use while we settled in (and even had some for our dog!) The care box was super useful, especially when we didn't have any of our kitchen items yet! Even after the sale and getting our keys, the GHG team is still there to answer your questions and help you out--including a list of recommended contractors and other services you might need when moving into a new home. I'm sure I am forgetting something here, but needless to say, we 10/10 recommend the GreenHouse Group to anyone looking to buy (or sell!) a home. We have no regrets and could not have asked for a better team. Thank you GHG!

We just closed on our first house last week, and I feel SO FORTUNATE to have found Maureen!! She is a mastermind of the mortgage lending process! I don't think I've ever met someone who is so hardworking with such high standards. Even better, Maureen upholds the same high standards for every one else involved in the lending process (escrow company, lenders, realtors, etc.) and she is constantly 2 steps ahead and prepared for anything, with a back up plan "just in case" to ensure everything goes through seamlessly. As a first time homebuyer initially unfamiliar with the process, I now know I threw a couple curve balls and Maureen didn't even bat an eye. As if all that wasn't enough, I also had no idea where to start when looking for a good realtor. Maureen suggested a few she has worked with in the past that she thought were really good, and she did not disappoint. I ended up choosing Melissa Tucci as my realtor, who was just as amazing as Maureen, and the two of them working together turned into an unstoppable powerhouse that could move mountains and get a deal done! If you're looking for a mortgage broker who will take care of you like family and go above and beyond, look no further. You will not be disappointed!

Mike, Mike, Mike! We cannot recommend him enough, and it's a testament to his expertise and care…read morethat we've worked with him for not one--but two home purchases! First, he helped us find and buy our very first townhome, and six years later, he guided us to our dream primary residence. What makes Mike truly exceptional is not just his depth of knowledge in real estate, but also his expertise as a lender. He took the time to ensure we understood every aspect of our loan--not just the numbers, but the strategy behind choosing the right terms for our long-term goals. Beyond that, he helped us think outside the typical inspection process, connecting us with specialists so we had a complete and well-rounded understanding of the home before making such a big decision. Mike is remarkably patient, always available (even for early-morning calls or late-night questions), and his approach is refreshingly thorough and considerate. He doesn't just want to close a deal--he genuinely cares that his clients make smart, well-informed choices. NOT YOUR AVERAGE BROKER…read more I bought a home through Beer Homes and Mark was recommended as the mortgage broker. I unfortunately think highly of myself as a former management consultant, CFO and now business owner... so when you say "mortgage broker" I would have never imagined that I would become friends with this man, call him at least 2x per year for advice (and have him send me away anytime there is a better value), value his deep insight in things beyond finance, and just genuinely care for the guy. If it sounds like I'm in love with Mark, I am. If you're reading this know that I'm writing it because I can guarantee you'll feel the same way. PS his background is in the debt markets in Central America and the man is wicked smart.

Mark was easily accessible and returned our calls and emails promptly. We were amazed and pleased with his service! In January of this year, we found our dream home in New Mexico. He assembled a team of professionals from his contacts and worked with our New Mexico realtor. He checked in frequently with us to make sure we were on track and receiving the assistance and service we needed to make this short-fused transition. We are now settled and happy in our NM home, due in great part to Mark! I highly recommend Mark and would give him 10 stars if that was possible!

1. We recently purchased a home and closed back in May. On the closing disclosure, Axos stated that…read morethey would not be selling our loan. A month later, we got a letter stating that our loan had been sold. This seems very strange to me. If a lender promises they won't do something, they should actually follow through on that promise. 2. During the closing process, about 11 or 10 days before close, the loan officers asked us how we wanted our vesting on the title worded. 2 days before close, their lawyer apparently told them that the way we had wanted it worded wasn't correct, and recommended it be worded another way. I don't know why they didn't speak up earlier when we asked them for input as to how to word it, and I don't know why we're even asked how we wanted it worded when apparently we don't have a choice in the matter. It also doesn't help that the loan officers we worked with were not able to offer recommendations on how to word it. Perhaps they could not do so for liability issues? Or did they not know the different options for how to word the vesting? If it was the former, it would have been helpful for them to tell us that. But then the lawyer told us how they wanted it worded anyways? Very confusing process. 3. Attempting to schedule recurring payments online, the website seems to be broken and is not allowing us to do so. I eventually reached a human being (see #4) and we were asked to print out a form and fill it out and email it back in. Just moved to a new house and haven't yet set up the printer, so it's a bit more of a hassle than I'd like. This is broken. Please fix it. 4. Called their customer service line several times. A couple of times, I got to the point in the script where Evo AI asked if I wanted to upgrade my account security through adding biometrics. I said no, because that was not the purpose of my call, and it hung up on me. This is broken. Please fix it. The only saving grace in this whole process was our loan origination officer, Kelly Lord, who was very patient and helpful and even went to bat for us to match a competing offer we had received.

When I reached out multiple times by phone, email, and online chat to resolve the issue, I was repeatedly directed to review the account disclosures rather than receiving a meaningful explanation or resolution. As a result, I decided to move my funds to another financial institution. During the transfer process, Axos froze my accounts for more than a week, citing concerns about possible identity theft. This significantly delayed my access to my own money and added to an already frustrating experience. After my funds were finally released, I was surprised to receive a solicitation from Axos Financial Investing encouraging me to consider their investment services. Given my experience with the bank, I found this solicitation to be both inappropriate and disappointing.
