We had offers within the first week and after inspection, ended up selling for just $14,000 less than our $709,000 asking price. The JAL team even made sure we closed after the two year purchase date so I didn't have to worry about Capital Gains Tax. There were bumps in the road regarding the buyer's financing issues and poor communication with the buyer's realtor and I wanted to pull my hair out, but the deal is done and I'm glad I chose JAL.

We searched and search for properties online and found one that seemed to be interesting to us. Turns out it was Mr. Morin's listing. We called him after a week of family discussions and it was an epiphany moment. We knew from the moment we chatted with him that he would be the person to find our forever home. That week as we drove thru 7 states to meet with him; he not only cleared his schedule for that time frame but had everything lined up and ready for us to see. When we finally shook hands, we knew he was honest, sincere and very trustworthy. We knew he would work for us in a way many other senior realtors wouldn't. Others seem to push things on us that we didn't want. He narrowed it down to our wants and needs and every house seemed to have some sort of match. He did everything we asked and went above and beyond what we asked him for. In the end, we did find our everlasting home this week and who would have thought that we found a forever friend. John, you really left a mark on our hearts and our children's heat. We will forever be grateful to you and all you did for us. With numerous loads we will be able to call Corpus Christi our home. I just have cry with joy. You are an amazing realtor and I know you will make many people joyous like you did us. I don't know what I would have done without your caring heart.
