All the sudden they say I owe them for a visit 6 months ago! Can't recommend them. They truly don't care about you!

Hello, I have had 3 referrals to this pain management and if I knew my doctors were sending me here…read moreevery single time, I would have sought further assistance not knowing that I would be denied management care each time. I deal with excruciating pain crisis and my first two visits my encounter with the providers I didn't even get a chance to go in detail about my condition because I was over talked. The second visit was extremely difficult for me because I went there on the day I had to bury a love one and could barely walk and still was denied any help, my third visit went a little different had a longer conversation with provider but still felt as though I was being gas lit, again I was in pain so I reached out to another pain management myself. I received some news that a provider made a summary of notes with false information and released information that was never asked. What really concerned me about this Clearway Pain Management is not only are the patient's medical needs not being met but their employees are also being treated unfairly, I was told this by two random workers and it surprised me I was in awe when I was just there for a visit. I don't understand how it's so easy for addicts to get scripts and those with health conditions that can't be controlled have to literally fight the system for it or we die because we can't get help or our health issues are downplayed.

Kure is a dumpster fire. They changed their HIPPA form in Aug 2018, shortly after purchasing Smart…read morePain Management. With the change in the form, Kure can sell your medical record for the purpose of "research"- it doesn't even specify medical research, just "research!" And they keep your name and social security number on your file when they sell it! Basically, Kure can sell your electronic medical record to ANYONE under the guise of "research" and if you sign their HIPPA agreement, there is nothing you can do about it! Kure is WAY too profit-oriented! My doctor is now only supposed to spend no more than 5 minutes with me and 5 minutes filling out the electronic medical record. It's insane! This is the rapid road to becoming a Pill Mill! I now get texts, emails and phone calls reminding me about the co-payment. I do not like Kure at all, but my doctor is good. I just have to decide if putting up with Kure is worth going to the doctor in what amounts to a dumpster fire. Here is a tip: refuse to sign Kure's HIPPA form. Request a form without that provision in it instead.

Almost a thousand dollars in the red , 6 visits, 2 steroid shot procedures , and many missed work…read moredays later , sadly i am in worse pain. But now you can add despair and debt . Heres their scam : Every visit they will up your mg,s of trash medicines even if they don't work and have bad side effects. I wont name doctors names because i saw a few and their all in on it. This review will cost them far more then what they scammed out of me and my insurance company. Believe it ! Lastly , this bad medicine , pill factory is part of the OD crisis and the abuse climate. People are dying because they are taking to much of the bad weak trash pills trying to kill the pain . Meanwhile , good pain medicine is going to god knows who . I never got any and you wont either if you go here. What will happen is , you will get taken advantage of , lied to , and financially bullied. Just be careful not to not receive liver/kidney damage from the cocktail of class T ( trash) pills they will prescribe , while they avoid the class A medicine thats proven to work

They do not think about the patients when it comes to pain management…read more Getting ready to change two different pain management

Rude, unprofessional, condescending attitudes and they are the gate keeper for the Dr. They will…read morenot allow you to have access to speak to the physician. I view this is refusal of access to care. I loved Dr. Wong, his bedside manner, and his procedural techniques. I am a R.an. And have worked in pain management with many physicians and he is one of the best ever. His staff, however, are just the rudest, nastiest people ever. I sent so many patients to that practice because of Dr. Wong's reputation. Now I question his attitude. The fact that he would not speak with me by phone or in person is preposterous. I am very disappointed in him for not having the consideration to even speak with me. I worked 47 years as a nurse and with many personalities but must say that this practice attitudes is beyond appropriate. Had I ever treated a patient as I was treated and others say the same; I would have been relieved of my position. Pain management is a racket. They treat people any way they please because the bottom line is the almighty dollar with them. They have no empathy or compassion for people in pain. You spend maximum 4-5 minutes every visit unless you are having a procedure and even that time is cut short. It is like herding cattle and quite frankly, cattle are probably treated better. The reason for my dismissal was not because I broke the rules but because the Nurse Practitioner was having a bad day. She was not accurate in my medical records but documented in a manner to get me out of the practice because she has been rude to me every visit since I started seeing them over 2 years ago. It bothers her that I too am a nurse and have the same knowledge as she. She is a control person and thinks her knowledge is superior to everyone else's. And wait time is another issue... if you are 3 minutes late she will cancel you but if you have to wait up to an hour for her, that is perfectly ok. It was a brilliant group of medical people who invented the Pain Management Specialty. They certainly secured their jobs forever. My question is what about the VICTIM(patient)? I use the term VICTIM because no one person should have the control they have. Yes, there are addicts and drug seekers but they are eventually weeded out. The people who truly need pain management must suffer because of those who are just seeking drugs. It is very disconcerting. I am finished venting and I would not recommend them because pain relief and caring for people really are not their mission. The main mission is the bottom line $$$$$$.
