Bartek's sanding job seems pretty good. Boards started squeaking and some fillers dropped within a week of completion, though I accept that this is standard fare for an old Victorian terrace. comments on service and price: Danny attempted on many occasions to charge extras after what seemed a reasonable quote was first agreed (though by no means the cheapest price we received). This included misrepresenting the rate at which replacement floor board prices were calculated, and even attempting to charge for screws. As the job progressed, Danny's explanations became unnecessarily longwinded and complicated, especially when explaining job timing and costs. He promised after service care, but after agreeing some minor snagging after final payment, never heard from him or Bartek again.
