Extremely professional ,polite and well dressed he arrived on time and was prepared to spend the time to give me the best advise to as what was best for my home and carpets.He measured all rooms exactly and tested all rooms to give me the best advise on how to tackle each room as to give the best treatment at the optimum price. the equipment used by Elite carpets is state of the art so I was very pleasantly surprised by the quote I was given. The job was executed to the minute and a fantastic job was done with the best possible results. To say I was happy is a understatement! I am so happy I am going to enter into a quarterly contract to keep my carpets fresh and clean. It is always a bit weary having someone you don't know come to clean your house, but she was friendly, professional and got the job done in only 2 hours!! Will 100% be using again when we need another big clean doing. S&G bring their own cleaning kit and also said they could go and pick up shopping etc if we needed it.
