Last month we hired Time On Target Security LLC to do an entire system installation on our property to cover vulnerable areas and entry points on our property. After meeting Mike Harris CEO/Founder of Time on Target, we knew we had the right company for our job. Mike was a total professional in every sense of the word. Mike listened to our concerns and designed a system to totally suit our needs. I was amazed that 3 hours after our meeting, there was a complete estimate in my inbox, not like the typical 2 weeks most contractors take if they even get back to you at all. Time on Target is a very appropriate name for this company. We are very pleased with the competitive pricing and more importantly, the quality of the work and equipment installed. I can also say Time on Target's customer service (tech support) is second to none. I will always recommend Mike Harris and Time on Target LLC to anyone considering the installation of a home or commercial security system. Gary Yoel Colony Cove Co-Op, Inc.

Still waiting for a working system promised for November 2025, it is now April 2026. The system is…read more"installed" but everytime the contactor turns it on , it does not work properly. Tot was to install road gates in the front an back of our community. It was an over complicated system relying on cell phone Bluetooth to activate the gates. First tot discovered not all Bluetooth phones would work. Also kids waiting for school bus were triggering the gates unintentionally. Then tot SOLD a work around RFID decal to the residents because of tot poor engineering. But still it is an unreliable activation. Residents now wish for the old reliable remote push button system. Just recently an emergency vehicle was trying to pass though a gate but it would not open. If you want a gate system that works, go get other bids!

We are so pleased that we hired Total Control Solutions. Cafay and Diego were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to match our needs and teach us how to use all the equipment. They made great recommendations including what amps/receivers work well together and wireless access points to boost our internet speed. I can now play music throughout our home and outside in the lanai all through an app. They did an amazing job and we are super pleased with the result. They even have answered any follow up questions I have had. Would definitely recommend.

I had the pleasure to have Larry, the president of the company, come and do my install. He was professional, efficient, and quick. Jeremy was our technician and he not only arrived on time for his appt, but he was a few minutes early, which is always appreciated. He was knowledgable and his work was thorough. He took time to give my father a tutorial on how to work all the features on the remote and how to access his Apple TV. This is the 2nd company my father has used for his entertainment system. The first company sent out a technician who spent two hours fidgeting with the equipment only to tell my dad he was unable to do what needed to be done. Our experience with Smart Home was the complete opposite. I could not recommend them enough.
