From my experience, Chic Geek is not a reputable company. They accused me of being dishonest when…read moreI claimed that I had only received one of two items I ordered. I requested an expedited replacement shipment for the item not received because it was a holiday gift for my daughter. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and providing reasonable customer service they said that they confirmed, based on weight, that both products were in the shipped box and any credit card claim on my behalf would be fraudulent. I imagine they intended on shipping both items together when they generated the shipping label, but they without question failed to place both items in the box. That explains the weight discrepancy. The level of disrespect from this vendor is beyond the pale. I will never do business with them again and I caution others as well. They basically implied I was attempting to scam them out of a $60 iPad Case, which as indicated was a requested gift for my daughter -- like I needed two iPad cases -- really! There are undoubtedly people out there who do lie and attempt to scam vendors. Fortunately, I am not one of them and Chic Geek's interactions with me were offensive and disrespectful. Prospective buyers beware!
