Has been seen within Leicester, Syston, Birstall, Thurmaston, Belgrave, Humberstone Area. If you see him, White Van, Reg Number C2 HTR, do NOT open the doors for him. If he keeps banging on your windows, call the police. Poor work and says he will use quality materials but uses cheap instead!
