I would be perfectly happy if the few pics were awesome but they were so scratchy and blurry. My poor babies were being so good too. They both smiled for us. I can make that out at least. Upon arrival, I waited approximately 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time in the waiting room. I was then led to an examination room, where I waited an additional two hours for the doctor. Frustrated by the extensive delay, I approached the nurse's station to inquire about the wait time. At the station, I found a person I believed to be a nurse and a male in scrubs engaged in conversation. After waiting for a moment, I interrupted to ask if I would be seen by a doctor. The male individual, without turning to face me, held up a piece of paper and stated I was next. After asking him to repeat, the female confirmed that I was next. Given the excessive wait, I stated that I was leaving. In response, the male pointed towards the exit and said, "The exit is over there." I was also alarmed to see entries in the Follow My Health app indicating I had been asked questions about my sleep patterns and bowel movements, and that I had provided answers. This is inaccurate, as I was never asked these questions before or during my visit. I am deeply disappointed by this experience and do not plan to return to your clinic.
